52.5 Water enters the office area of Oakley Grain at Yellow Bend.
49.5 Water enters the highest grain bin at Oakley Grain at Yellow Bend.
44 Water is on the levees in the vicinity of Arkansas City. Trailers should be evacuated from the hunting club on Huntington Point Mississippi due to high water. All of the land inside levee protection is inundated.
42 Water approaches the first structure at the Donaldson Point Hunting Club in Bolivar County.
41 River cuts off access to the Oakley Grain at Yellow Bend.
